Warranty Policy:

In the event that a wrong or damaged product is received, we will certainly replace it immediately. The customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order from the shipping company.

The following must be sent for verification and replacement:

• A photo of the package upon delivery

The replacement period for damaged orders ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on product availability.

If more than 7 days pass without reporting any product damage, the warranty period expires, and the customer will no longer be eligible for a replacement.
